d\u00e9partement<\/a><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Missions du CSD<\/strong><\/h5>\n<hr>\n<h5>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 33 du d\u00e9cret ex\u00e9cutif n\u00b0 05-500 du 29 d\u00e9cembre 2005 fixant les missions et les r\u00e8gles particuli\u00e8res d&rsquo;organisation et de fonctionnement de l&rsquo;\u00c9cole hors universit\u00e9,&nbsp;Le comit\u00e9 scientifique de d\u00e9partement \u00e9met&nbsp;des avis et des recommandations sur :<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>l\u2019organisation et le contenu des enseignements,<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>les propositions de programmes de recherche,<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>l\u2019organisation des travaux de recherche,<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>les propositions de cr\u00e9ation ou de suppression de&nbsp;laboratoires de recherche,<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>les propositions d\u2019ouverture, de reconduction et\/ou&nbsp;de fermeture des fili\u00e8res de post-graduation et le nombre&nbsp;de postes \u00e0 pourvoir,<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>les profils et les besoins en enseignants,<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>les propositions de programmes d&rsquo;actions de&nbsp;formation continue, de perfectionnement et de recyclage,<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>d&rsquo;agr\u00e9er les sujets de recherche de post-graduation et&nbsp;en propose les jurys de soutenance,<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>de proposer les jurys d&rsquo;habilitation universitaire,<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>d&rsquo;examiner les bilans d\u2019activit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques et&nbsp;scientifiques du d\u00e9partement qui sont transmis au&nbsp;directeur accompagn\u00e9s des avis et recommandations du&nbsp;comit\u00e9.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Il \u00e9met son avis sur toute autre question d\u2019ordre&nbsp;p\u00e9dagogique ou scientifique qui lui est soumise par le chef&nbsp;de d\u00e9partement.<\/h5>\n<h5>Le comit\u00e9 scientifique de d\u00e9partement se&nbsp;r\u00e9unit en session ordinaire&nbsp;<strong><em>une fois tous les trois (3)<\/em><\/strong><em><strong>mois<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em><em>sur convocation de son pr\u00e9sident.<\/em><br>Il peut se r\u00e9unir en session extraordinaire \u00e0 la demande&nbsp;soit de son pr\u00e9sident, soit des deux tiers (2\/3) de ses&nbsp;membres, soit du chef de
